Can’t wait for the dap card! Brad mentioned the Codac being switched out because the original (same one they used in s2400/caladan) became end of life. Does that mean the Codac in the s2400 will have to be changed as well for new units?

i plainned to buy an isla in europe at thomann , its plained an edition with dsp card? iwouldnt buy one and open it to install the dsp card😕

I'm really happy for Isla's success and I love the s2400. I just really wish you would keep your word on putting LFOs in the OS. I dont need fancy efx cards or more complex features. Please dont forget about the basics.

I love the vision of the company. I would say deliver the basic feature set then add on later. Maybe a paid option for more features like Akai does. The DAW feature and game boot option would be good paid options. I hope you make a good profit margin so you can keep building more products for the next decade plus. Also that is some SERIOUS sonic fire power I'm hearing.

Will the DSP card have any LFO abilities right out of the box?

The possibilities with the plugins is gonna be insane. Just the possibility of loading impulse responses into the 2400 and mangling sounds would've been enough for me

two years without an update for the kordbot which has a major bug is kinda bullshit right? i love the cut of the newer products, they're right up my street but just can't support a company the basically abandoned the product that started it all without one of its core and most basic functions

Hi Brad, I´ve got three questions. 1) S2400 DSP card: Hopefully you´ll make a installation tutorial video? :) 2) Caladan: As I understand, the voice cards won´t generally include own effects but I can install my own effect plugins and use them on the voice cards and the multisample engine? correct? 3) Wavetable 4 voice card: Does it have analog filters on top?

I asked a question last week about the s2400. Hard drive that reads sp1200... And someone said I'll be dead and gone if y'all would even put that product out... So I told him well I'll be waiting in the after life still asking about that drive. . I know that people say to use this use that... But your version looks to be the best straight forward... So any ideas if your still working and bringing that out...

I'll probably never use a sampler, let alone this one, but I'm watching this entire series anyway. That intro was DOPE. It brought all the charm of the tone-deaf education/marketing content thrown at me as a 90's teen. I might even end up buying one, and never using it, just to get the full nostalgic experience.

I'm curious which types of vst plugins will work on this (32bit/64bit ? win/mac/linux? vst2/vst3?) I'm hoping it can support older 32 bit vst's alongside newer ones.

If the card options really take off, I can see people buying second caladans. Maybe an official storage case for unplugged cards will be in order for those rocking a single device.

You should consider making the fx parameters cc controllable! So they can be automated from externally like other parameters on the s2400...

How do you record the sequenced synth back into a s2400 pad?

It's probably an incredibly useful controller, harmed by its own product video, as the sound and chords you used did not even attempt to showcase the machine (I presume). What a shame.
